Terms of service

By contacting me about a commission, you are thereby agreeing that you have completely read and agreed to all the terms listed!
(´ ꒳ ` ✿)----Payment> At this time, I accept USD via Paypal or Cashapp.
> I typically require payment in full before I begin your commission, unless otherwise stated!
> I will consider taking payment plans for commissions over $100.
> When sending your payment, please include “No address needed” for your shipping preferences if you are prompted!----Completion timePlease understand that I need time to complete all commissions. I put a lot of effort, thought, and love into every piece, so please be patient! I strive to please all of my customers and to make them as happy as i am with the final product, but my quality suffers if you’re constantly hassling me for updates every few hours.> My average commission completion time is 5-10 days, but everything depends on my queue and the type of commission you order! (I always work oldest to newest.)
> I will inform you of my current queue if not listed and try to give you an idea of how long the wait is.
> If you want your commission completed before a certain time despite a queue, i may offer Expedited Turn Around for 5-10$ extra.My guaranteed approximate turn around time is 1 month / 30 days from the project start date. This applies to each piece individually.----Updates and Edits> I try my best to keep my commissioners as updated as possible on their commissions. Feel free to check your project on Trello for the most recent uploads and notes!
> I will send the preliminary sketch every time to confirm that you are satisfied; I will make edits if need be! Please request to see finished lines or flat colors if you'd like wips at those points as well!
> I can change anything in the preliminary sketch, but after this stage, edits aside from colour adjustments will typically be more minor! (These are all free of charge!)----Reposting and Personal Use> You may not upload my artwork into any generative AI programs.
> You may repost your own commission to any personal accounts\galleries you may have, but please always give proper credit!
> If you’re not the owner of any of the characters in the image, please do your due diligence and be sure to get consent from all parties involved.You are not authorised to use your commission for commercial use unless I explicitly state so. This should be discussed before payment, but i will consider leasing commercial rights if you approach me post completion. Depending on the use case, this may merit an additional charge. Please just be transparent with your intentions!----Refunds> Full refunds are available if you have waited at least a month with no updates from me.
> If I have already started your commission and you request a refund, you will not receive the full amount.
> I do want all of my commissioners to be happy, so I may offer a partial refund if you are completely dissatisfied with your commission upon completion. (But no, you can not repost it anywhere in this case, and any commercial rights will be nullified.)Tips / Donations> Tips and donations are always greatly appreciated and it makes me feel like a very special creature to receive them and know that you are more than satisfied with my work. NEVER feel obligated to pay more than the agreed upon price however—i am grateful to you for supporting and engaging with my work right off the bat!----Things I will and won’t draw> Will draw: Anthros, ferals, tentative backgrounds, more than one character, standard nsfw (nudity, gore, suggestive scenes/pinups, etc.)
> Won’t draw : (targeted offensive behaviours/dialogue, content mirroring CSAM & similar themes, and certain fetishes.)Feel free to ask about prompts if you are unsure! I will remain neutral and private when discussing your ideas.

If you are confused as to why I find a character or request to be complicated/mildly complicated, feel free to ask. Ex: Detailed patterning, extra dynamic features, particularly specific detailing, clothing.+$5-15 : complicated

Ex: Most common for bust/halfbody pieces. Simple natural settings / basic props / 1pt perspective, possibly 2. Low detail, simple lighting.+$50-80 : full background
Ex: Most common for fullbody pieces. Dynamic perspective / architecture / lush natural settings. Diverse detail, dynamic lighting. Prop interaction has much more leeway with this addition!Currently in the experimental phase.

DESIGN TOS

Please make sure to thoroughly read through a few short rules before purchasing an adoptable / custom design from me.
By purchasing a design that i have created and/or own, you automatically agree to the following conditions.
These terms and conditions are subject to change.DESIGN AVAILABILITY
> Any posted and sold designs may be uploaded onto Toyhou.se. If you do not have a TH account to transfer to and the profile is already uploaded—I will lend you an invite code! If you would rather not take the code, images will be transferred and archived on my Trello.TRADE / SELL / TRANSFER RULES
> Do not immediately sell/trade a purchased design. The required wait time is two days / 48hrs before you are permitted to freely transfer.
> After you have sorted out a deal to transfer a design, please link these rules to them so they understand the applied guidelines.
> Do not sell my designs for more than what you paid, unless you have purchased art of them to compile a higher worth overall.
> Co-owning my designs is fine. Both owners must agree to all listed terms of service.TRANSACTIONS AND PURCHASE RULES
> All owed money/currency/owed artwork must be completed and paid in full before a design is officially yours.
> I will not refund a character if you become unsatisfied or bored of their design over time, though, if you approach me i may consider buying them back.
> If I've made several attempts at contact with you in relation to a custom or adoptable and none are answered within a timely manner, your request / project will be voided and refunded.EDITS RULES
> Edits to my designs are acceptable once purchased.
> Feel free to add any accessories or additional qualities if you have ownership.
> Do not upload my artwork through generative AI programs.
> If you use the original art created by me of a design as a reference, you must credit me. NEVER edit or draw over my art without asking.
> Do not make extremely similar designs to already created ones. Please do not create duplicate siblings or 'breeding' characters without contacting me.
> Do not claim my original design to be anyone's work but my own. Even if there's been a redesign in place, please mark credit for the initial design work.CREATORS RULES AND RIGHTS
> While i claim the title of original creator of a design, I will not reuse/resell the design again for any personal or commercial reasons.
> I hold the right to resell or transfer a rejected or refunded design.
> I hold the right to decline a designs first and original sale or custom proposal without question.If you have further questions or notice anyone violating these terms, please contact me.
Failure to follow these rules could result in blacklisting.
